Upgrade from a Monthly to an Annual Pro Subscription

When you upgrade from a monthly Pro plan to an annual Pro plan, your new term will start immediately. You will be charged for the difference between the two plans and receive the difference in credits. Unused credits from your monthly plan will roll over up to the amount of the new annual plan.

Example:

For example, let's say you start a 3,000 credit monthly subscription on March 15th. You are charged and receive credits at the time of purchase. You have 100 roll-over credits from your previous plan.

Term 1 begins- March 15th, 2023	Credits

Then on March 17th, you upgrade to a 30,000 credit annual subscription. When upgrading from a monthly to an annual subscription, the new term starts immediately. You are charged for the price difference between the plans and receive 27,000 additional credits. Any unused credits from your monthly plan will roll over up to the 30,000 credit limit of your new annual plan.

When subscription renews in a year on March 17th 2024, you are charged the full amount for the new plan and receive 2,500 credits. Any unused credits will roll over up to the 30,000 credit limit of your new annual plan.
