School may be out for summer, but we still have some fun updates packed into this month’s release.

📐 Schema Changes
PDL Scores (Person)
Early Access
With this month’s release, PDL Scores are now available to select Early Access customers.
What’s New
This month, we are releasing PDL Scores into Early Access!
This initial release introduces two scores for Person Data:
- Profile Score: A bucketed signal indicating whether a profile appears to represent a real person
- Activity Score: A bucketed signal indicating whether a profile appears to be actively maintained
Supporting Score Factor objects are also included providing additional transparency into the signals behind each score.

Availability
During Early Access, PDL Scores are only available to an invited group of Early Access customers.
General Availability is scheduled for the July 2026 (v35.0) release. If you’re interested in learning more, please reach out to your PDL account team.

Commentary
- Person Data
- We saw an 11% increase in coverage of github-related data in our resume dataset this month.
- We saw substantial increases in our coverage of phones (7%) and mobile phones (6%) this month across our resume dataset
🛠 Improvements and Bug Fixes
Bug Fixes
- Added Schools to Company Dataset
- We fixed an issue where schools were being excluded from our Company dataset.
- This fix allows profiles in our Person dataset to accurately represent work experience associated with an academic institution.
