Customer Support

Customer Support Slack

Each customer is guaranteed a customer support Slack if possible. To access the shared customer support slack, you are required to have a paid slack plan. We are happy to pay for any of our license customers to have this.

To open your shared slack channel, email [email protected]. with the subject line "Slack Channel". Our support team will reply with a URL that, when clicked, will create a shared channel between our slack and yours.

The shared customer support slack gives you direct access to our engineers, allowing you to ask questions, bring up issues, and get product updates directly via slack.

If you can not or do not want to use a shared slack channel, the alternative is to email our success email. This email is maintained by our engineers and you can receive your deliveries and product updates here instead.
